I live on 4th avenue North. We have heavy traffic coming through from Caldwell to 231. I have grandchildren that play in my front yard and back yard. I also have animals that are on leashes and a cat that walks around. But the point that I am getting to is that they come flying through this cut through road very fast and I think we need a child safety sign to let the people know that this neighborhood which is supposed to be a 25 mph speed limit anyway, complying with the driver's manual. For everyone's safety please check and see if we need signs and other neighborhoods as well as this one I would appreciate it and I thank you for your kindness and your work that you do.
